Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Segundo Civil Municipal de Oralidad de Bello y el Juzgado Segundo Civil Municipal de Rionegro.
La controversia de los despachos judiciales involucrados se fundó en las diferentes interpretaciones que hicieron respecto del factor territorial.
Teniendo en cuenta que ambas autoridades son competes para resolver la solicitud de amparo la Corte respeta la elección del accionante y dispone enviar el expediente al juzgado del municipio de Bello, para que de forma inmediata inicie el trámite y profiera la decisión de fondo que corresponda.
